Terms for the following directors expire this year and they are therefore eligible for nomination: Mike Smith, Mike Sanford, Amanda Rivera, Floyd Whicker, and Gene Merritt.

NOMINATION INSTRUCTIONS:

A. All nominations must be by a Committee of 100 Member.

B. Nominees may be asked to take an oath of office promising:

                        1. Ethical service on behalf of NC appraisers and the NCPAC

                        2. Adherence to the NCPAC code of ethics and

                        3. Adherence to provisions of the NCPAC bylaws.

C. Nominees must be a NC credentialed appraiser in good standing with the NCAB and NCPAC

D. Nominees should be willing to perform the duties of the office to which elected, including active participation in NCPAC board activities, committees, and meetings.

C. Elected Officers serve for one year and elected Directors serve for two years.
