The Land of Sky Chapter of NCPAC formed in January of 2008, serving all members of Western North Carolina. Our meetings are monthly luncheons at various restaurants, and we hope to begin having some meetings at other times and in other areas in our region, so members in the more distant parts have the opportunity to attend.

The committee was formed to establish ongoing relations with Western NC legislators and to offer input regarding issues related to the appraisal profession. It is our intent to be proactively involved with our legislators as issues arise that may impact the professional appraiser in our region and across North Carolina.
